About The Watkins Gold Team

Thank you for your interest in the Gold Team. Allow me to introduce myself, I'm Melody Thacker the owner of this site and an Independent Associate with a wonderful company called Watkins. I work with a great team of managers and consultants from all across Canada and the United States and we call ourselves the "Gold Team."

Our members are ordinary people just like you, who come from all walks of life. We share a stong love of family and the good old-fashioned values of Honesty and Integrity, these very same values that made Watkins products a brand people know and trust.

What's Important To The Gold Team?

We care about you, you aren't just another number, or another recruit! We know you are a real person with real needs, goals and desires. The following five principles are what's important to our team:

  • Service - as your coaches we focus on giving rather than receiving, which enables you to achieve beyond your expectations.

  • Integrity - we strive to do what we say we will do, by the time we say we will have it done, which inspires us and you to keep commitments, even when challenged.

  • Respect - everyone on our team is important! We listen, seek to understand and accept and honor you for who you are.

  • Trust - we believe in being honest and fair, we really do care about you, this creates a safe environment for you to step outside your comfort zone, take risks and learn.

  • Authenticity - we are genuine, natural and honest people with no pretenses to "look good." So you can feel comfortable wherever you are in your development.
